Award winning Mario Alonzo stems from the theatrical dancing world where he first learned about the human form and it's movements. Becoming a ballerino with the Oakland Ballet Mario quickly moved into making adjustments to costumes. From there his passion for the art was magnified. Today Mario works out of his East Oakland home workshop where he creates magnificent creations ranging from costume design to set design.
